| My brother has learning disabilities He was 3 years old when he started speaking .then after some days he began to give up speaking . And now he is 8 years old and he can neither understand anything nor speak anything . Please give me answer that what should I do I am his brother . When he has a toothache or headache or any other illness he cannot speak that which part of his body is paining he just runs and cry and he make the home dirty throwing the shampoo and doing a lot of rubbish Pleas give me answer! | ||||
