So, what is anyone in your family doing about his affliction, hazrat? Do you have a question?

Is he in school? Is he disabled in some way and has to be bathed and dressed?

What do doctors say?

Has anyone tried to teach him simple sign language?

Does he understand if you draw a picture?

It sounds like he has a low frustration point. Do your parents still take him to doctors?

Was he injured or in an accident -- a bad bump on his head?

Have the doctors done an MRI or CAT scan or other tests?
