Best method for green grass in to weeks?

Rye grass and fertilizer are the only things i can thing of, anything yall know of?

Cover it with straw, and keep it moist, a light sprinkling several times each day that it doesn't rain. If you use a mix with some perennial rye, blue gras, or in the shade, red fescue, you won't have to go through the same thing to have grass next year.
