willow trees innundating detention pond

willow trees are rapidly spreading around detention pond. Need something to get rid of them without killing turtles, fish, and frogs. Would appreciate some help.

Willow is a hard one. I would suggest cutting it with a saw or chainsaw, and keep on cutting them down until they get the idea. weedkiller is unlikely to work, without killing off all the other plants in the area.
