My laptop was working fine until just yesterday. Today morning I found that there is
no sound. I checked the computer management and the head phones were fine.
No computer from my PC or using the headphone speakers
Any help please ?

After restarting my computer, I noticed now that if I put the headphone speakers and watch any clip , I can listen and hear, but
If take them off, I don't listen to anything, While If start watching a clip without putting
the headphones, I listen to the sound from the PC , but If I put the headphones
I don't listen to any sound through them. The sound will continue through the PC
. What I had in the past, If I listen watch any clip in youtube, and I put the headphones
then the sounds immediately comes through the headphones , and If I take them off
then I will hear the sound .

i purchased a laptop from someone else and it had sound but now it doesnt. and ive been triing the driver robot but its asking forthe license key and i dont know how to find it or what to do! can you please answer these two questions for me imcomputer illiterate and have no idea what to do
