I HAVE A LAPTOP I HAVE USER ACCOUNTS MY KEYBOARD WHEN IM IN MY USER ACCOUNT THE MANY KEYS ON THE KEYBOARD OUR SCRAMBLED NOT WHAT IS ON THE KEY UNREADABLE YET WHEN I SWITCH USER THE KEYBOARD IS FINE SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO SHOUT.I am very new user so if you do have an answer please try and be as basic as possible.I thank you for your time all my documents and files are in that account my keyboard is a sony vaio laptop and new.The keyboard is so vital and as im password protected i cant turn my laptop off.thank you for any knowlege or knowhow you give

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Try deleting all the user accounts then recreating them.
