    How to change usb port on toshiba laptop?
    My usb port is non functional. I need to change it on my toshiba laptop

    They are not meant to be replaced. Are you sure it's not a software issue?

    As they are attached directly to the motherboard this is a technical job and best not attempted at home.

    Do you only have the one usb, or have you considered a USB hub on one of the others ?
