Gateway 295E trouble

Okay, so I'm a student who recently recieved a Gateway 295E tablet.
It was fine for the first 2 days then it started to get weird.

My tablet, for some reason, continously types the letter "j" and I can't stop it.
I tried to type other letters on my tablet yet it still continued typing "j".
Is this a keyboard jam?

Or is this some sort of misconfiguration or virus?
