Asking for support

I have latest Gateway laptop from USA last night I was using my laptop when glass of water was spilled on the latop then i tried to turn off immidietelly aftet a while i turned on the laptp the the keyboard is typing error charecters if you type "w" 'wqe' comes up please my laptop is working normally except from this prob.

There isnt much you can do when a lot of water gets into the keyboard and beyond. I suggest you phone the number you were given for support network.

Replacing a keyboard is not that expensive.
Works out to bout $60 or so..

Depends on the make and model. My daughter has an HP DV6000 model and was quoted a price of $150 installed.

I have Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. I think the whole package was $l00 CDN.

Here we are talking about replacing a keyboard, and if we all read the post again, OP spilled water on his LAPTOP KEYBOARD, not just a keyboard.

Right, am external keyboard can be gotten for as little as $20. But laptop keyboards are proprietary and can be a lot more expensive.
