Most bookstores carry Rosetta Stone - I'm not sure how much it costs but its VERY effective.

In your local library, there should be a section with books in different languages. In that section you will find some books with tapes and they are very helpful.
I could help with your french (pronouciation)

Rosetta stone is pretty expesive, about 300 dollars per language. But you might be able to get it from a friend online. Most libraries carry older language learning software that is less effective and takes longer to learn with.

If you need to learn it fast Rosetta Stone is complete immersion (meaning they speak in the language you are learning and dont translate back to english, you do the exercise over and over till you get it and learn very fast)

cheap and effective is hard to find.
If quality is what you most want, take some good courses.

Well...Arabic language is not easy to learn by yourself... I do not think there is fast solution that make you learns any language in days... unless you want to learn the very basics words ....you did not say where are you from ? where do you live? why do you need arabic??? Just for your information if you want to learn arabic and catch it FAST AS PER YOUR REQUEST you need either to live in arabic country or near by arabs.

I can help you if you want but it will take time as i have mentioned...

Ms. Redrose.
