Translation of Sanskrit

my name is sanskrit Chandra and I know it means the moon, but I want the translation of the moon for a tattoo on my wrist. My boyfriend has a prayer in sanskirt already but wants the translation for music. Can anyone help me out, we want to make sure we can find the exact translations.
