Difference in meaning between the Sanskrit words: tvadiiya and tava

Is there any difference in meaning between the Sanskrit words: tvadiiya (त्वदीय) and tava (तव) ?

tvadiiya (त्वदीय) means "belonging to you"

tava (तव) means "yours"
