can anbody out there translate by any means necesary from english to latin for me i want to have it as a tattoo and also fortune favors the bold

it's been a while i know, and you've probably already got your answer, but so far as i can tell, "Per fas et nefas" translates to "through right and wrong" i.e. by any means necessary
