I need assistance in compiling a motivational speech on any topic to a general audience

the more motivated by the topic you are the easier it is to motivate others
so pick a topic you are comfortable with that you can convince others of.

For example:
Start introduction and with something the audience can relate to like "Did you ever have one of those days where nothing was going right......" Then go into a topic of easy ways you have found to organize.
