Telephone Biquit Jack

The jack is a bisquit jack that has a red, black, green and yellow terminal. The jack is a RJ11 jack but I need to know which termials to use to wire up the phone line. I have the two hot wires from the phone company but I need to know which termials by color to use.

Red and green are center of the 4 pins, is line 1. Red is -48 volts, green is positive.
Yellow and black are outer 2 pins, line 2. Yellow is -48 volts, black is positive.
If someone calling, may go to around 90 volts AC.
