how to rewire a telephone jack

Have two lines but only one of them has ADSL. Computer is close to jack connected to line without ADSL. How can this jack be rewired for the line with ADSL? Thanks.

Is there a reason why you want to rewire it instead of just getting an adapter (splitter/micro-filter)? That way, you can still use that line for a phone AND your modem.
