Need info on wrongful termination suits against Wells Fargo Bank
I was terminated by Wells Fargo for code of ethics violation. I had turned in two offices that were violating code of ethics. Tellers in my office were selling on-line services incorrectly (but with the customers' consent). I was not aware of this practice. As manager I was told I was held to a higher standard. I was terminated, tellers were not. Nothing happened with my reports of violations.

You hire an attorney and provide written and documented evidence of this. I will assume you keep copies of what you reported.

Your attorney can then research court records for other law suits. Of course if there were any suits that were settled out of court, many will normally have clauses that seal them.

Were you employed under a contract? Most states are at-will employment. Which means you can be terminated without reason.
