Hi, koony,
A team worker:
1. Has a nice personality, not a loner, and has a smile on their face.
2. Willing to listen to new ideas, and have an open mind.
3. Works well with others, listening to them, and they in turn, listening to him/her.
4. Has respect for the others on the team, treating them with respect.
5. Can discuss different points of view, without "shouting" matches, or turning it into "personal" attacks on anyone.
6. Enjoys talking with others, and working with others. A "loner" will not be a good team player in the long run.
These are just a few attributes a team player must have to be successful in a team setting.
