American Mortgage Services ?

Has anyone heard of this outfit? They are advertising for people to find those who are to receive a Mortgage Refund in various areas near where I live.

I'm reluctant to apply or contact them because there are so many scams out there.

Any info would be appreciated.

Well, I dunno about them. But from what limited information is available, I'm gonna take a shot.

They’re probably a company that will sell you a list of people who have refunds due them because they overpaid their PMI insurance. If you can find these people, you can make a commission on their refunds.

Or, I could be full of crap.
