You know when you're on an intervew and they ask "What are 3 of your strengths and 3 of your weaknesses?" Well I hate that, I never know what to say for the weakness aspect of the question.

I used to say "I get bored when we are slow, but I find things to do." Or something to the effect that although I may have things I don't like, I can immediately do something about it.

I'm a very hard worker. Every job I've had in my life, I have seldom "dragged my feet", and I don't know what to say to these questions. Any tips? What do some of you say when they ask you that?

Makes the weaknesses a strength.
Something along the lines of;
I can some times focus too hard on complex tasks
I follow jobs through to the bitter end, no matter what....
