H1 Visa sponsors/consultants

I have a H4 visa and am looking for a job.
I am a QHSE mangaer and have 5 years experience in the Safety field.
I have Safety certifications too.
Can i get a Visa consulatant or a company who cna sponsor my H1 or convert my H4 visastatus to H1

I am on a J1 visa here doing a postdoctoral work in Harvard. I need a H1 visa so that i can pick up a job in a pharmaceutical company. could you help me.
