GSM Mobile job in USA

Dear Sir,
I am working in a mobile company in India and right not have more than 9 years of experiance in Technical field.I have the experience in GSM field.I want to work in USA . suggest me on two things

1) What are the email addresses of the consultants who help me in this regard

2)Consultants who help me in getting VISA
