Getting a decent Job

My husband was wrongly a accused of a sexual crime and served 3 yrs in prison for it.He was set up by his ex-wife. His cousin was the one who committed the crime and they had his and my husband records combined in one. Because they both had the same name but different middle names that start with an A. The judge wouldnt listen to his lawyer. That the people in the report were different people. So my husband ended up serving 3 yrs for a crime that his cousin commited. He has been out now for 2.5 yrs but has to register until 2012. before his name can be cleared.
What I am asking how can he find and get a good paying job with benifits. With this against him. He has a job now that his step-father got him(by pulling some strings) thru the company he works at but he doesnt have any type of benifits what so ever.We have been looking for another job for him that has benifits for him thru the job for himself and me and my 17 yr old son. But it so hard trying to find him a job that dont discriminate against him because of his background.

Hello Lyn:

Scott is right on!

Barry Scheck (one of OJ's lawyers) runs the Innocence Project. I would contact them. Google the name. They have a team of crack lawyers who love stuff like this. It's free too.
