anyone can be bonded normally, what the felony was and the such.
the issue to the bonding is often how much the charge will be, and finding the right bonding company.

And often you will be asked can you be bonded and the company hiring you has not intention of bonding, it is one of those old stock interview questions, esp by recruiters.

the answer to that is alway yes I can be bonded. Then when and if you get the job and they require bonding, finding the right bonding company

How could you know if you can be bonded ? Ask the recruiter to look at the employer's application, and other pre employment forms you would have to complete. See what questions are asked - if they dont ask you on the applications, forms, then you are not obligated to disclose the conviction. I doubt that the app, docs dont ask, they probably do.... then the employer can run a background ck on you, it will probably show up then. Tough place to be in, good luck.
