Unemployment claims

I didn't know where else to ask this. I was recently denied unemployment benefits. I want to appeal, however need advice before I do. I resigned from my position as a teacher after 14 years due to stress, diagnosed depression, post traumatic stress disorder, I was released to return to work but when I couldn't get a transfer to a different building, and the idea of returning back to a work environment that triggered the depression resulted in my feeling ill all over I just resigned. How can I appeal this decision?

Since you resigned it is doubtful you will win, but you will have to prove that your medical condition would not allow you to work in that building
