Here's some great info on truck driving and chauffeur jobs in Virginia:

Heavy-Truck Drivers

Chauffeurs

Note that you need your high school diploma or GED for both. There's no age restriction on being a chauffeur, apparently, but you need to be 19 to drive a truck (and per the web site, some companies won't hire anyone under 25). So you might consider chauffeuring for the time being.

Try some of the local courier companies.

You can hire on as a subcontractor at some places and use your own vehicle.

Some companies have their own and hire you as an employee.
