What diamond is better quality

Hi I am looking to buy an engagement ring I have looked at two different diamonds could someone please give me their opion on what diamond would be a better quality...

I dont know what your symbols mean. Diamonds come from a few places, my preference is Canadian diamonds and the marking is a polar bear, no matter what size. You get what you pay for in the diamond world and all diamonds should come with an authenticity certificate noting where they came from, size and quality.

SI means slight inclusion, these are called eye clean, inclusions are not visible with eyes. SI 1 with good cut is better to buy.
