| Re: jewellery As part of the Pforzheim school, his work defies definitions of the word jewellery. He used a lot of found materials though he has a strong background in goldsmithing. He died in October 2002. There's also a really good catalogue of his work if you can get hold of it, called 'Onno Boekhoedt / why not jewellery' by David Watkins, and its published by Groninger Museum. Hope that helps :-) |
