Hello - yes this is the name of a navajo silversmith. There are many members in the family of Blackgoat that are all silversmiths of very high quality workmanship. I have seen work by Arnold Blackgoat, but H. Blackgoat is illusive and therefore is very old or deceased. Not substancial information, but I hope it helps.

H stands for Harrison Blackgoat.
