I would like to know more about a frosted Indian emerald stone.
What is its status among emeralds?

I'm finding no real emeralds called frosted. I do, though, find decorative glass called frosted emerald.

Where did you hear or see "frosted Indian emerald"?

Burmese emerald stone were famous and valuable.like this ,its pure, good specimen looks like glass and ice
