Not sure what you want but an example is many foreigners have a stereotype of America
as being polluted by gray smoking smoke stacks, obese, materialistic, shallow,
hmmmm not too far from the truth

I remember the old stereotypes about people from the netherlands you used to see... surrounded by windmills, dressed like farmers, always wearing clogs..

..and now it's probably the same thing, but in a shady brothel, smoking pot..?
