What we need is a global mental revolution, one where we can think for ourselves and not be told whether or not we can be gay, high, religious or not, and how we can believe in god. We need a world where we do what we do because we want to help each other. We need a world where we spend time helping not killing ideas and lives. Think about it, in a world where people with ideas of peace and love are killed, such as Dr. Martin luther king, malcom x, john lennon, JFK, Gandhi, Tupac, and countless others, what kind of world are we living in? The goal of this world is to own and control the most, only if that is what you aspire to do (becoming the next conquerer) are you successful. Money is the fuel of this world. Peace, love and friendship is the fuel of equality. One world, one way, equality.

It is horribly frustrating to see the weakening of our country. However, it is the greed of mankind and the unending cycles through which this greed manifests itself. The concentration of wealth and power is the dominant influence on our elected officials. This unfair concentration of wealth (it is nothing but simple favoritism and selfishness) continues to gain momentum. It only stops when so many people are so bad off they have nothing to lose.
You will see the first real signs (just as in Vietnam) when people strap explosives to themselves and wait for opportunities to do horrible things.
How short are the memories? Jesus Christ rebelled against the obvious wealth and favoritism of the Romans and the high priests of the Jews. And from there it has continued to cycle and cycle and cycle. Even God has been unwilling to stop it.
The only real way to solve this continuing abomination of political favoritism is for mankind as a whole to become fair and empathetic every single day all day long. We are a long way from that time and place.
There actually are enough explosives to accomplish this, however it means the end.

When a government is suppose to represent it's citizens and no longer does so, when instead it makes it's decisions based on which lobbiest gives them the most dollars, when good ideas are no longer good if your party didn't think of it. Yes you bet your *** we need a revolution. It need not be an armed over throw. All we have to do stop paying taxes. It wouldn't take very long for them to get the picture. They can't lock us all up. But I am afraid that as long as all we do is write and talk about it nothing will change. They will continue to line there pockets with lobbiest gold indifferent to the countries needs. What the people need is a real leader in the White House. A leader who forgets about party lines, and lobbiest money. But don't think you will ever get a chance to vote for someone like that becuase neither party would ever put that person on the ballot. And if a person was ready to truly represent the citizens of this country alas he be shot dead.

I Agree. There will be another "Shot Heard Round The World" at one of these protests maybe?

Do you really believe that?!?! Look at us now! Look at what we've become! WE NEED TO STOP ASKING AND START A ****ING REVOLUTION!!!!! WE ALL KNOW IT'S NEEDED! SO GET UP AND FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOM!!!!

HA! Everybody here says "Oh yes, we need one!!" But do any of you have the guts to start it? Think real hard... no didn't think so... BUt me, I've already made a plan, I'm going to join the miarines, learn an immense amount of skills, leave after my tour, then start it... starting with protests then forming a secret organization getting guns and weapons... then, we declare that we throw our current government out of comission. If they refuse, sadly, we would declare that the only other option is war.... a revolution at last. And i will gladly die first if that's what it takes. Now, I'm sure you're thinking, what if you die in the Marines? Well, i will have already created a group before i join of around 100 people who also join... one of us has to live, and they will carry out my plan... so just wait... America WILL have its revolution....

To be honest we do need one, very much so but people are Blind, afraid and just plain stupid. The government makes laws that in no way helps us, they push the constitution right out the door and we just have to accept it? No its we the people not we the government and the fact is we make this country not them, dont be afraid to speak your mind.

Hell to be honest if people weren't afraid and I could convince them to believe in their own abilities and strengths, I would lead the revolution lol, but fact is the people have grown a custom to the government providing their every need, so the ones who are rebelling I give you respect and one day hope to join you.
