    Talak
    My husband sent me a few sms through his mobile phone when we have a big fight last week. He said that 'he will go to the court tomorrow (already past) and will divorce me there' (but he didn't). A few minutes after the first sms, he sent another sms to me 'bye bye my talak 3 widow'. And another sms ' I'm a bachelor now' (him). I know he was in a bad mood at that time. Is the talak valid?

    No way, this talak is not valid.

    No it isn't valid! Maybe you should be the one to file for the divorce, then it could be valid.
