if a person gave talaq to his wife and after that they will rujoh with in 2 or 3 days and after 4 years he gave another and they,ll again rujoh with in 3 days and again after 3 years he gave another talaq in halat e haiz then at that time can they rujoh,he felt sorry on it and both husband and wife want to rujoh and live together,i m confused about it because somewhere i ve read that if u rujoh with in 3 months of your first divorce then that first divorce will not be counted and is considered as batil and if u ,ll not rujoh after three months and the husband gave another divorce after 3 months then it will be considered as second,and the same case as with the third one,otherwise in the above mentioned case that person rujoh within the 3 months everytime.so his first divorced should be considered as batil bec he rujoh after 2 days ,i mean with in 3 months time period,plz es ka jawab dy k aisay ma kya krna chahiay un dono ko?
