Hi!

Client was incorporated as an US Delaware Corporation. They have purchased undeveloped land parcel in Canada via private financing deal with small down payment and with the rest is financed 8%. Land Title is recorded under the name of Corporation, but the actual Deed will not be done till all amount is payed (10 years from now). How do I record this transaction on Estimated Tax return?
