It depends on your goal.If U want longterm appreciation but not liquidate-real estate,if 3-5yrs appreciation-Exchange Traded Fund,If U want income-notes.Anyway still need to consider in many factors which are your age, risk tolorance, when would U expect to use money and don't forget to diversify your asset. While you don't know what to do with your money, open high interest money market account.U should get around 5%,check info through Compare mortgage rates, home loans, CD rates, auto loans, credit cards, mortgages and more and DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH ONE BANK MORE THAN $100,000,because FDIC will insure only$100,000 in case of insolvency.Spend only interest from your fund your life will be O.K. Good Luck !!!

Dear Sir:

In Grupo AHUARQ we specialize in the development of customizable construction investments and all related to the urban and rural property service in Argentina.

Here you have a presentation of our group http://ahuarq.com/grupoahuarqi.pdf

This is our web page index

This is a part of the projects we have http://ahuarq.com/dmdp.pdf

This is the video of our city where we have some of the investments consideraciones

This are 2 financial schemes of 2 different projects, for you to see how it works. http://ahuarq.com/FinancialIng.xls http://ahuarq.com/FinancialIng2.xls

We strongly believe that in this moments of global crisis the clue is to invest in emerging countries and Argentina is one of those. There is plenty of things to do here:
• Developments related to real state, which are giving a 30% to 50 % ( and some 100%) benefit per year, there is still a lot to construct in here.
• Developments related to farmland: this is a very special issue because there could be a global crisis but food will keep being consumed for ever. So we also believe that this is another interesting point to invest at the moment. Specially, one of the best projects we have on that section is setting up an enterprise for producing smashed potatoes for export. It is a big project, that involves a u$S 4 million investment; recovering that sum in 3 years and from that on its u$s 1 million profit per year.
• Other business opportunities such as one we have in building underground garages for cars in downtown areas. This is another excelent investment that has nothing to do with the global crisis, why? Because there are plenty of cars around downtown areas in Buenos Aires, which need to be parked. The business here is a u$S 4 million investment, getting back that sum in 3.5 years and then a profit of u$s1 per year.

Please fell free to ask me anything you might need.

I am awaiting to your response.

Best Regards,
Mr. Matias Marino.
