what if i got a email claming that i won the lottery?

i got an email that told me that i have won money. and three weeks later i recived money but then when i call them they told me to go to the bank so they can send me the rest of the money i dont knoe if its a scam please help

The better wisdom says it IS a scam. Report this to your Attorney General's office and to the police. Did you spend the money you received?

how did you receive "money"... was it a check? did you provide a bank account number? what lottery???

go to your bank to get the rest of the money?

look, you need to provide more details here.

im guessing this isnt legit, but what exactly happened?

how did you receive the first money?
what info did you provide them?
etc...
