Value or Growth Investing

What do any of the REAL investors out there prefer when it comes to the stock market: Value or Growth Investing? Personally I'd go with both strategies but I believe that for the long term value investing is the best. Look at Warren Buffet or Prince Alwaleed, both are value investors and both are billionaires, and the list of billionaire value investors goes on. But growth investing I'd use for quick cash needs. So what do any investor think? Value or Growth?
