How to calculate Share Profit/Loss.......(Brokerage Charges,STT)

The full cycle.

1) You buy, the total amount including charges
is your purchase price.

2) You sell, the total amount including charges
is your sellin price.

3) Profit / (Loss) on the transactions is :-
(2) minus (1).
