i own a nice lake lot and need $75,000, how can i borrow $

we have a L.L.P. and own a 100" sandy beach, level and wooded lot and 3 one acre wooded back lots in siren wi. they are for sale ($179,900 and 3 x $24,500, $253,400 total) and my wife and i own 50%. I would like to get cash now and pay back ASAP. any ideas?

Who owns the other 50 % ? And, how can you sell it if you only own l/2.

a friend, we both agree to sell, it is/was an investment. would someone maybe borrow us money with our 50% as security, like contract for deed or something?
