old stock certificate

Hello. Does anyone know what happened to a company originaly called Homestead Minerals Corporation (Utah)? I found a web site that states they may have merged in 1988, but it did not say with whom. Any info would be great. Thanks!!

Im Mike and looking for the same answer you are. All I have is a paper dated 8/23/88 Telling stockholder of a reverse 3 for one 1 split.and to send $7.00 dollars to a transfer agent for a new certificate from Donald F. Jordan, president. If you need a copy I will e-mail you one let me know . And if you have any info please e-mail me.
