How do business choose a stock exchange?
I am trying to follow some of the stocks I have from my retirement accounts and find some on one exchange and some on another. Is there some reason why a company would list on one exchange over another one? Is there benefits to listing with NASDAQ over NYSE? I have found it easier to follow the stocks I have on Yahoo finance.
