Jack of all trades

I am a Jack of all trades but never have seen this. Installed a new toilet. the bowl water keeps disappearing. no leaks and repaired a wax seal two times. Any Answers to this twilight zone accurance?

What I think is either one of two things, you have a suction sucking the water out of the toilet, or you have a small crack in the bottom of the toilet where you cant see it.
