Introduction: Canadian well-versed on rape and sexual assault

Hello,
I have just joined as I saw a few questions about rape and sexual assault. A survivor myself, I have become extremely well-versed in Canadian law as well as the effects of an assault or rape. We have a web-site that provides much information, www.stoprape.ca. If you're in the US (or Canada) and looking for support, aftersilence.org is a great site too.
