I am new too Greg and have been enjoying this forum group alot.

We bought an overgrown wreck (not nearly as old as yours!) and have been renovating this one-of-a kind house for the past five years. Wish I had found this site sooner but the inside is now done, so onto the outside and grounds, yeeaaa!

I grew up sailing the Great Lakes with my dad and lived on a Morgan Out Island 28 when I first came to Florida. So welcome and fair winds to you.

Welcome to the home of boondoggle and haberdashery! I have but one question for you. Why not live on a sailboat? Is it true that a sailboat is just a big hole in the water that you throw unbeleivable amouts of money into?
