Introducing myself
Hi Friends,

I work as a technical support person for a software.

While playing this role I have to trouble shoot technical issues.

This way I have gained knowledge which I could share over here and also I can gain knowledge of stuff I do not know.

My intention to be here is to gain knowledge by collective sharing it.
