Hello Everyone, Hospitality Cooking and Training is my thing!

A quick introduction,

I am currently an Research and Development Chef for a national restaurant chain. I have worked with many different cuisines including Mexican, Tex-Mex, Casual Italian, Home Cooking, Southwestern, 5-star Upscale Steakhouse, 10,000 square foot Eatertainment venue, Breakfast and Lunch Diner, and Casual Dining in General.

I also own my own catering company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Prior to being an R&D chef I was a Corporate Director of Training for a Regional Restaurant Chain. My responsibilities included managing a $5mm budget responsible for the ongoing educational needs of 4500+ employees company wide. Training ran the gamut from opening restaurants to management training and education.

I can answer a whole range of questions within the restaurant industry.

Have a good day.
