UDIA - Application / Wording and content

hey guys,

I'm currently filling in some forms to become the student representitive for the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

So i obviously see this as a step into the industry, although there are some questions im unsure on the wording.

- What are the characteristics of your "ideal" mentor? (this question is refering to one of the industry professionals that i will meet with each month to discuss the industry to help with my studies)

- Why do you want to take part in the UDIA mentoring program?

- What would i say for career aspirations and achievements?

For career aspirations i came up with something like this "I aspire to build a career in the property development industry, and one day own and manage my own firm." but that's all i could think of.

what main things would i be looking to include in each?

thanks.
