there is this text-book i want to buy internationaly from an american supplier,i dont know how to order it through the mail-order and the payment through a financial instutitions.
what are neccessary procedures to take after printing out the form,what are my going to do next,perhaps,i put it in an envelope and i will stamp it and i will take it to the-dhl or ups.
please,list all the steps i am supposed to take to make my ordering survive.
