L1b visa questions

Hi,
My Petition/I94(L1b Individual) got expired on Nov and My company asked me to go to india for fresh visa(they don't want to apply extension as there were lot of denials and RFE's). Now they have applied L1b blanket for me and below are my questions.

1.) is there any rejection happened for people going for second time ?
2.) As it is second time will I get my visa easily?

Company - Reputed one
Years of exp - 4
Years in usa - 2.9(visited 3 times)
Clean history in USA

I have to go back as I left all my belongings there in US. Please answer my question
