would you please tell me what are the usual questions asked by employer during the interview and what are the good points to consider when going for an interview.

Also I have to say be nice to the receptionist believe it or not she has a HUGE amount of sway on whether or not you get hired. I've not hired people before because they were rude to my receptionist.

The above is very true. How you treat those who also work for the employer can also be an indicator of how you will perform on the job. When in a workplace, everyone needs to be treated with respect, no matter what they do as their job. Working together as a team is very important. This would also include such people as janitors and secretaries.

A trend is to ask "negative" questions. An employeer will ask you to describe your negative traits... give ONE and tell them how you've been working to improve it

I was once asked "Describe how you handled working with an employee you didn't like."
and, "Describe a situation when you failed at your job and what you did to resolve it."

Questions like that are meant to throw you off and get you to squeal... or lie. Just be honest, without gossiping, if you come across that.
